Shipping

Please allow upto 7 working days

Please allow upto 7working days for delivery as each item is made to order reducing the carbon footprint of the garment to improve sustainable manufacturing and reduce wastage. We offer FREE DELIVERY to all UK customers.

What is your shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout - Remember you get free shipping with over £150 spend....

My package is missing

We only use DHL or DPD so this is not likely to happen! But if it has, apologies.... please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then contact us letting us know your order number and your specific claim number. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution.

Made to Order?

What if I need to speak to you?

We want to speak to you too! 

Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Unfortunatly, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

Refunds and exchanges

What is your returns policy?

For online purchases, we operate an exchange or refund guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase just get in touch to orgnise your return; in its original and unworn condition, within 30 days of receipt and we will either send out replacement goods or refund you the purchase price.

Out of Context will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty. If the item was faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.

(Exchanges for other sizes/items and/or credit notes are welcome)

If you have any questions about returning goods, please contact our operations team at  info@outocontext.com BEFORE  returning your product(s).

Please return your item, with its original tags, along with your order receipt. Please state on the order receipt your reason for return or exchange, and which item you want to exchange for.

How do I arrange a return?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Not the perfect fit? Just get in contact to let us know, and we will arrange your returns reference and can send back to us for a refund or exchange. Note all items remain the ownership of the customer until the package has been received, we suggest to us a carrier with tracking.

I'm expecting a return, how long does it take?

Please allow 6-12 business days for us to receive your order. Heads up—it may take up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Once your items have undergone (and passed!) inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow 2 additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.
